Account checks, platform by platform
Want to ask more of your members? They can connect an account with the platform's own login page, and you choose what it has to prove, combining checks with AND, OR and NOT in the rule builder.
Steam11 checks
The richest set of checks: ownership, playtime, level and ban history.
Games, playtime and level need the member's Steam profile and game details to be public. If they are private, the page tells the member how to fix it.
Discord4 checks
Checks on the Discord account itself. Account age and avatar need no extra login.
Twitch5 checks
Account checks, plus checks against your own channel if you connect it.
Channel checks need you to connect your own Twitch channel once in the dashboard.
Roblox5 checks
Age, social proof and moderation status.
Battle.net2 checks
A connected account, plus World of Warcraft progress.
Epic Games1 check
A simple proof of a real, separate gaming account.
Google2 checks
A widely held account, handy as an easy alternative to a gaming platform.
Alt detection works without account checks
You don't need any of the checks above to catch alts: AltShield's alt detection is on out of the box. Connected accounts are an optional extra layer on top of it.
With a platform account connected, the same Steam, Twitch, Roblox, Battle.net, Epic Games or Google account on a second Discord account is caught as well, on any plan. Discord login checks (verified email, two-factor) look at the member's own account, so they filter low-effort accounts but can't link two Discord accounts by themselves; pair them with a game platform for that.
